DLD Property POA Requirements
The Dubai Land Department applies strict documentation standards to property transaction POAs. A DLD-compliant draft must include:
- Exact property identification: Plot number, building name, unit number, and development name
- Transaction type specified: Sale, purchase, mortgage, or lease — not generic authority
- Agent details: Full name and ID matching exactly what will be presented at the DLD counter
- Scope limitations: Price floors, time limits, or buyer restrictions if applicable
