Process and Delivery
How do I send my documents?
The quickest way is via WhatsApp. Simply take a clear photo or scan of your document and send it to us. You can also email documents as PDF attachments. For original documents requiring collection, we can arrange courier pickup.
Will I receive a physical copy?
Yes, you will receive both a digital copy (PDF) and the original certified hard copy with the MOJ stamp. We deliver across Dubai on the same day and to other Emirates on the following day.
Can I collect from your office?
Yes, you can collect from our office in Dubai. Please arrange a collection time with us in advance. We will have your documents ready and sealed for pickup.
Pricing and Payment
How much does translation cost?
Pricing depends on the document type, length, and complexity. Most standard certificates (birth, marriage, degrees) are priced per page. Send us your document for an accurate quote. We do not have hidden fees.
When do I pay?
Payment is required in advance for standard orders. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery within Dubai. Corporate clients can arrange account terms.
Is there a discount for multiple documents?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for multiple documents translated together. Discuss your requirements with us and we will provide a package quote.
Quality and Accuracy
What if there is an error in the translation?
If you identify an error in our translation, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and correct genuine translation errors at no additional charge. Our quality review process minimizes errors, but we stand behind our work.
Will my translated document be accepted?
