Order Cancellations:

Before Work Commencement: You may cancel your order at any time before we assign a translator. A full refund will be issued in this case.

After Work Commencement: If the translation process has begun, cancellations are subject to a prorated refund based on the work completed. For example, if you cancel after 50% of the work is completed, you will receive a refund for the remaining 50%.

Revision Requests:

Requests for revisions must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the translated document. Revisions are free of charge if they pertain to correcting errors or aligning with your initial instructions.

Quality Assurance:

We strive for accuracy and quality in all our translations. If you identify errors or inconsistencies, please contact us promptly. We will review and, if necessary, revise the translation to meet our quality standards.
