Malayalam records may show initials, expanded family names or English spellings that differ from a passport. Tell us which passport or existing UAE record the translation must match. We will point out a conflict before it becomes part of the English document.

Translation explains the document in another language. Attestation checks official signatures or seals. The correct order depends on where the document was issued, where it will be submitted and what that receiving organisation asks for.

What should I send for an accurate quote?
Send every page, including the reverse side, stamps and handwritten notes. Also send the English spelling of each name as it appears in the relevant passport and name the organisation or service receiving the translation.
Do I need a certified or MOJ-listed provider?
That depends on the receiving body and purpose. UAE law sets specific provider rules for court acceptance and for authority authentication or certification. We confirm the required provider type before the work starts instead of applying one label to every document.
Does an Indian apostille complete the UAE process?
Not by itself. India is a party to the Apostille Convention, but the UAE is not. Check the current route with the receiving body and the relevant official attestation service before ordering translation.
How do you handle different English spellings of a Malayalam name?
Send the passport spelling you need us to follow. If the source document uses initials, a shortened name or a different spelling, we flag it before translation rather than guessing.
Can a scan be used?
A complete, legible scan is usually enough for our review and quote. The receiving organisation may still require an original, certified copy or physical translation, so tell us the exact submission route.
