Legal Translation Prices in Dubai

Fixed prices for common documents, each covering one document as MOJ-certified legal translation (Licence #701 or #688): a one-page death certificate or police clearance certificate is AED 150, a will AED 180, an academic transcript up to 3 pages AED 250, a UAE birth certificate AED 300, and a UAE marriage certificate AED 200. Any other file is quoted after document review, before you pay. The receiving authority makes the final acceptance decision.

How pricing and delivery work

Fixed prices are available for common documents. You can pay securely online, send the original via WhatsApp, and receive the translation in the format shown on the product page.

Prices apply across the UAE. Delivery and document requirements can differ, so the team checks the file and intended use before fulfilment.

How Pricing Works

Our prices are based on four factors: document type, word count or page count, language pair, and certification level. Most single-page personal documents fall into fixed-price tiers. Longer or specialized documents receive a custom quote after we review the file — contact us with your document details to start that review.

Single-page certificates

Birth certificates, death certificates, and police clearances carry a fixed per-document rate rather than a per-word calculation. See each document's pricing page below for the exact figure.

Multi-page documents

Marriage certificates, academic transcripts, and similar documents are priced per document based on page count and content density. Open each product page for the exact rate.

Language pair

English to Arabic and Arabic to English are the most common pairs and carry standard rates. Less common language pairs such as Romanian, Kyrgyz, or Urdu vary by translator and document-type availability. We confirm the exact document and language pair before quoting; a language listed here is not available automatically for every product.

Certification level

Most documents require MOJ certification, which is included in the prices shown. Some language pairs (such as Romanian to English) receive a company-certified translation with stamp, since no MOJ-accredited translator exists for that pair.

We pre-screen every document against the receiving authority's requirements before you pay. If the authority needs a specific certification level or attestation chain, we tell you upfront — not after delivery.

What Your Price or Quote Includes

The applicable product page or reviewed quote identifies the certification level, timing, delivery format, and any physical-copy option before you pay.

Certification level

For supported Arabic pairs where the recipient requires an MOJ credential, fulfilment is provided by an MOJ-licensed translator. Other products state their agency-certified or review-led route separately.

Quality Review

Every translation is checked for name spelling accuracy, date consistency, and field completeness before delivery.

Digital Delivery

Certified PDF delivered via WhatsApp and email. Suitable for online submissions, visa applications, and digital government portals.

Physical Copy

Printed, stamped original available for pickup from Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, or courier delivery to any UAE address including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Recipient requirements check

We record the intended recipient and review its stated requirements with you before payment. The receiving authority makes the final acceptance decision, so confirm its current requirements before you submit.

Confirmed Timing

Timing is confirmed after we see your document. Complex documents receive a confirmed timeline before work begins.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our translation services.

Are bulk orders discounted?

Yes. Orders of five or more documents of the same type receive a discount. Send photos of all documents via WhatsApp and we return a single consolidated quote. Bulk pricing applies to corporate accounts, relocation agencies, and law firms with recurring volume.

What is the urgent delivery surcharge?

Express same-day and urgent 1-hour tiers are available on most single-page documents. Each product page shows the applicable surcharge on top of the standard price. Multi-page or complex documents may not qualify for 1-hour delivery — we confirm eligibility before you pay.

Is the price the same in Abu Dhabi and Dubai?

Yes. Prices listed on this page apply across the UAE. We serve clients in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and all Northern Emirates at the same rate. Delivery logistics differ — courier timelines are longer outside Dubai — but translation fees do not change by emirate.

What is included in the listed price?

Each product page states the certification level included in its price or quote. A supported MOJ product includes fulfilment by an MOJ-licensed translator; an agency-certified product includes the agency certificate described on its page. Quality review and digital delivery via WhatsApp and email are included unless the quote says otherwise. Hard-copy pickup or courier can be arranged where applicable.

Do you charge per page or per word?

Standard documents like birth certificates, marriage certificates, and police clearances are priced per document. Longer documents such as contracts, academic transcripts, and medical reports are priced per page based on word density and language pair. We confirm the basis before payment so there are no surprises.
