Abu Dhabi Global Market is a financial free zone with its own common-law courts and its own Registration Authority. Companies registered there are not on the mainland ADRA register, so when a UAE ministry, court, bank or notary asks who runs an ADGM company, the answer is the certificate of incumbency.
The certificate is issued in English only. It confirms, as of its date, the registered office, the current directors and secretaries, the shareholders or members and the issued share capital, and it carries a document verification code that the reader can check online.
Mainland authorities and notaries generally work in Arabic, so the certificate is often translated together with a board resolution that appoints a signatory or approves a transaction. Because these sets vary, we confirm the price once we see what you need translated.
