Since 2023 Abu Dhabi mainland companies are registered with the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority, ADRA, which issues the economic licence under the Department of Economic Development. The licence prints a unified registration number and a unified licence number that replace the older single licence number.
Most of the licence is bilingual already, but owners and managers are listed in Arabic, activity names are long Arabic phrases with their ISIC style codes, and the address is often Arabic only. Banks abroad, foreign ministries, tender portals and parent companies regularly ask for a complete translated copy.
We price these files on WhatsApp because one licence can be two pages while a registration pack with partner tables and a memorandum of association can run much longer. Past orders were usually part of a wider company file.
