Vaccination records are asked for when a family moves: a school enrolling a child, a clinic continuing a vaccine schedule, an employer or a university abroad checking a requirement. A record written in Arabic needs English for a reader who does not read it, and an English record may need Arabic for a reader here.

The record is mostly short entries: vaccine, dose, date, batch number and a stamp. We give each vaccine name in its usual form, copy dates and batch numbers exactly, and keep the entries in the same order so a nurse can check them line by line.

Handwritten entries are common. If a word cannot be read, we mark it as illegible rather than guess, so the reader knows to check it.

Some families bring records from several countries, for example a birth-country booklet followed by a later card issued here. Send them together and we translate each one separately, keeping its own layout, so nobody mistakes which clinic gave which dose or when the schedule restarted.

What a vaccination record looks like

  • The first page carries the holder's name, date of birth, sex and nationality, and often an ID or file number.
  • A table lists each vaccine with the dose number, date given, batch number and the signature or stamp of the clinic.
  • Child booklets often add growth notes, appointment dates and the name of the health centre.
  • Stamps, handwritten notes and later additions appear on the entries or in the margins. We translate each one as it appears.

What to send

  • A clear copy of every page of the record that carries an entry, a stamp or a note.
  • The holder's name as it appears in the passport.
  • Where the translation is going, for example a school, a clinic or an employer abroad.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our translation services.

How much does it cost to translate a vaccination record?

We do not publish a fixed price here, because one order is a single vaccination card and the next is a child's immunisation booklet with many pages of entries. Send the record on WhatsApp. A real person on our team usually replies within 1–3 minutes and then confirms the exact price for your file before you pay.

Do you translate the vaccine names and batch numbers?

Yes. Vaccine names are given in their usual English form, and batch numbers, dates and doses are copied exactly as written, so a doctor or school nurse can match each entry.

Can you translate a child's immunisation booklet?

Yes. Send every page that carries an entry, including stamps and handwritten notes, and tell us the child's name as it appears in the passport.

Will the school or clinic accept the translation?

The school, clinic, employer or authority receiving the translation decides whether to accept it and what else it needs. We translate what the record says and do not give medical advice or add vaccines that are not on the record.
