This certificate is issued by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. When land or a villa changes hands, by sale, gift or inheritance, a certificate of transfer of ownership that lists the new owners and the property they now hold.
The certificate is printed in Arabic only. Owners who live abroad, or who need to show the property to a foreign bank, embassy, court or tax office, usually need it in English. Because the page carries numbers that the receiving body may check against other records, the translation has to keep every number, share and area exactly as printed.
A certificate from Ras Al Khaimah looks different from a Dubai title deed or a Sharjah tenancy contract, so we translate it in its own layout rather than forcing it into a template.

Common questions about our translation services.
The standard price is AED 100 for a one-page certificate, Arabic into English, by an MOJ-licensed legal translator. Send a clear photo or scan of the whole page first, including any sticker or stamp on it, and we confirm the price before you pay. Express and urgent timing are not priced here. Ask on WhatsApp: a real person replies within 1 to 3 minutes and then confirms the exact price.
The certificate is issued in Arabic by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality after a property is transferred. An English version is usually asked for when the owner deals with a bank abroad, an embassy, a foreign court or tax office, an overseas buyer, or a relative handling an estate outside the UAE. Some UAE banks and brokers also ask for it when the owner does not read Arabic.
Yes. Every stamp, signature line, note and sticker on the copy you send is translated with the page, so the English version mirrors the Arabic certificate exactly as you send it.
Owner names are written in English exactly as they appear in each owner's passport, so send the passports or the spelling you want. Plot, area, plan and transaction numbers, ownership shares and areas are copied digit for digit. Area and district names are transliterated in the usual RAK spelling, with the Arabic kept where a reader may need to match the original.
The bank, embassy or authority receiving the file makes the acceptance decision. We translate the certificate you send exactly as written. We do not give legal or property advice, check ownership with the municipality, or value the property.
Send the certificate on WhatsApp. We confirm the price before you pay.
