Most title deeds we translate into English are for proving ownership to someone outside the UAE: an embassy looking at a visa application, a bank abroad assessing a mortgage or a loan, an accountant preparing a foreign tax return, or relatives handling an estate in another country. Many UAE deeds show their key details in Arabic, so an English version goes with the copy.

Into Arabic, the usual reason is a court or an authority here. An inheritance case at a personal status court, a dispute between co-owners, or a co-owner abroad sending papers to a court here can all need an Arabic translation of a deed written in English.

Property papers are full of numbers that must survive the translation exactly: plot and unit numbers, areas in square feet and square metres, ownership shares and mortgage references. We copy each number as written and keep the layout close to the original, so a reader can check the translation against the deed field by field.

What a UAE title deed looks like on paper

  • The top carries the issuing department's name and emblem, the type of document, its number and its issue date.
  • The property section gives the community or area name, the plot number, the building and unit numbers, the property type and the area.
  • The owners section lists each owner with nationality and share, and some deeds add a note on a mortgage in favour of a bank or another restriction.
  • Most recent deeds end with a QR code and a verification panel. We describe these as they appear and translate the printed text.

What to send

  • A clear copy or the PDF of the title deed or ownership certificate, front and back.
  • The site plan, sale contract or other papers if the receiving body asked for them.
  • The spelling of the owners' names the way they appear in their passports.
  • Where the translation is going, for example an embassy, a bank abroad, an accountant or a court.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our translation services.

How much does it cost to translate a title deed?

We do not publish a fixed price here, because one order is a single-page Dubai deed and the next is a deed with a site plan, a sale contract and a mortgage letter. Send the deed on WhatsApp. A real person on our team replies on WhatsApp within 1 to 3 minutes and then confirms the exact price for your file before you pay.

My deed has English on it already. Why translate it?

Some deeds print the headings in both languages but give the owner names, the property description or the notes in Arabic only. A reader abroad cannot check those. We translate the full content so the deed can be read in one language.

Can you translate a title deed from another country into Arabic?

Yes, if the deed is in English: an MOJ-licensed translator translates it into Arabic. This page covers Arabic and English only. For a deed in another language, send it on WhatsApp and we tell you before you pay which type of translation we can provide.

Do you register or transfer the property?

No. We translate the documents only. Registration, transfer and valuation are handled by the land department and the parties.

Will the bank or embassy accept the translation?

The bank, embassy, court or authority receiving the translation decides whether to accept it and what else it needs with it. We translate what the deed says. We do not give legal advice on the property.
