Many offices rely on a bank statement to check finances. An embassy wants to see that a visitor or a sponsor can cover the stay, a bank abroad reviewing a mortgage or a loan wants to see income and regular commitments, and a family visa file often asks for the sponsor’s recent months. When the statement is in Arabic and the reader is not, an English translation goes with it.
The other direction comes up inside the UAE. Statements from banks abroad, usually in English, are filed in Arabic before UAE courts in debt, divorce and maintenance cases, and company or partner files sometimes need them in Arabic too. Then every amount and every date has to come through in Arabic exactly as the bank printed it.
A statement is mostly numbers, and numbers are where a mistake does the most harm. We keep the columns of the original, copy every figure, date and reference exactly, and translate the transaction descriptions, which are often short codes for transfers, salary credits, card purchases and fees, so the reader can follow the account line by line. We handle every statement with care and confidentiality.

Yes. Each line keeps its date, description, debit or credit amount and running balance, in the same order as the original. Figures, the account number and the IBAN are copied exactly as printed, and merchant and transfer names are written as they appear so they can be matched to the original.
