A Slovak driving licence is the EU-format card issued by the Slovak Republic. The top reads VODIČSKÝ PREUKAZ (driving licence) and SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA, next to the EU flag with the letters SK.
The front uses the numbered EU fields: 1 surname, 2 first name, 3 date and place of birth, 4a issue date, 4b expiry date, 4c the issuing authority, 4d the birth number, 5 the licence number, 7 the signature and 9 the categories. In field 4c the issuer is normally a district police directorate, written as OR PZ (Okresné riaditeľstvo Policajného zboru) followed by the town; we translate that office name in full rather than leaving the abbreviation.
The back holds the category table with validity dates, field 12 restriction codes, and a legend that explains the numbered fields in Slovak. Slovak names carry diacritics such as č, š, ž and ý, so we check your passport spelling before writing the name in Arabic.

Why do you check my Emirates ID first?
Dubai RTA applications need a Dubai-issued Emirates ID; a Dubai free-zone residency counts. We check the issuing emirate before taking payment so you do not pay for a translation that cannot be used at RTA. If your Emirates ID is from another emirate, we tell you before any payment.
Is the Slovak licence ever accepted without translation?
A licence already written in English or Arabic does not need translation for RTA. A Slovak licence is written in Slovak, so RTA normally asks for an Arabic translation. RTA makes the final decision on each application.
How do you write my name in Arabic?
Slovak names use diacritics (č, š, ž, ý). We follow the spelling in your passport and Emirates ID so the Arabic name matches the rest of your RTA file.
Do I need attestation for the licence?
We do not provide attestation. If RTA or your consulate asks for a consulate letter or another formality, follow that instruction directly with the authority; we translate the licence you hold.
