Is this service available for every UAE Emirate?
You can send a POA intended for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain. The exact public or private notary and its current instruction must still be identified and reviewed.
What is the difference between public and private notary submission?
The available channel and document requirements can differ. Tell us the intended notary office or platform, the Emirate and the transaction. The receiving notary decides its identity, signing, supporting-document and format requirements.
Do you draft the legal powers from scratch on this page?
