What to include
A matter or a company transaction often needs more than one paper. Send the connected documents so names and terms can stay consistent. A single-document route remains available when that is all you hold.
Typical examples: a landlord dispute where the tenancy contract, Ejari certificate and RDC memo travel together; a shareholder change where the MOA amendment, board resolution and trade licence must use identical company names; or an appeal where earlier judgments and new exhibits share defined terms. Keeping such papers in one quote helps us apply consistent spelling, numbering and terminology across every page.
If some papers are only background, say so. Marking which pages the court, registrar or landlord will actually read keeps the itemised quote focused, and context-only pages can be skimmed for names instead of fully translated.
Judgments and orders
Judgments, court orders and appeal decisions, including every page the receiving forum will compare with the original.
Memorandum and articles
Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, including an amended version when that is the document the authority asked for.
Power of attorney
An existing power of attorney. Drafting a new instrument is a separate service on its own page.
Trade licence
A mainland or free-zone trade licence, sent with the company name spelling the bank or authority should follow.
Tenancy contract
The tenancy contract, addenda and Ejari certificate when they form part of the same file.
RDC dispute documents

Is there a fixed price for this bundle?
No. There is no fixed bundle price. The quote is prepared after we see the document types, page counts, language pair, receiving authority and deadline. A one-page English general power of attorney has its own fixed price on the general power of attorney page.

Does this quote include filing, notarisation or attestation?
The quote is for translation of documents you provide. Court filing stays with you or your lawyer. Notarisation is done by a notary. Attestation is not a service we offer. If a recipient has asked for UAE MOFA attestation, complete that step on the original first, then send the stamped document for translation.
