What should I send for an Amharic translation quote?

Who may provide an Amharic translation in the UAE?
Federal Decree-Law No. 22 of 2022 requires a translator or translation house practising in the UAE to be registered and licensed. Article 3 separately controls what courts and authorities performing authentication or certification may accept. Is every document written in Ethiopic script Amharic?
No. The Unicode Standard records Ethiopic as a script used by Amharic and several other languages. It also supports traditional Ethiopic numbers alongside commonly used European digits. How do you keep Amharic names consistent?
