After 30 days, all uploaded documents, translated files, and working drafts are permanently deleted from our systems. If you need a copy of a completed translation after this period, we may be unable to retrieve it. Clients who require longer retention for ongoing legal matters can request an extension in writing.
WhatsApp Communication
WhatsApp is our primary communication channel for document intake and status updates. WhatsApp messages are protected by end-to-end encryption, meaning only you and our team can read the content. We do not share WhatsApp conversations with third parties. Clients should be aware that WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs data stored on their servers.
Client Data Rights
You may request deletion of all personal data we hold by contacting us at info@onlinetranslation.ae or via WhatsApp. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days. Deletion requests do not affect records we are legally required to retain for accounting or regulatory compliance.
